Keith Jackson has a Bachelor of Commerce from Otago. He is very experienced in business development, marketing and executive management. He was the CEO of Tegel from 1980 to 1996 and also formerly the Deputy Chairman/CEO of Ernest Adams and founding chairman of the Poultry Industry Association of NZ. Keith now has extensive business interests including the chairman of publicly listed TRS Investments Ltd, Cotterill and Rouse Ltd, Sahara Foods Ltd, Murdoch Foods Ltd, Dairy Farm Investments Ltd, Adaptable Solutions Ltd and Sportstec Ltd. He is also a director of Innovair Group Ltd (Robocan) and Unique Food Group Ltd.

Joseph van Wijk

Joseph van Wijk has a Bachelor of Business from New Zealand and a Master of Business Administration from the United Kingdom. He is a New Zealand qualified Chartered Accountant and has a diverse range of international experience in investment, accounting, taxation and financial roles including mergers and acquisitions in London. He is also a director of publicly listed Pulse Utilities Limited and TRS Investments Limited.

Graeme Rothwell

Graeme Rothwell has a Masters in Agricultural Science from Canterbury University (now Lincoln University) and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. He has extensive business experience internationally. He is recently retired from the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank where he was involved in project financing and private sector development in a number of countries in Latin America, Asia, Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union and the Balkans. He is a former Managing Director of W.R.Grace (NZ) Ltd and CEO of a major chicken integrator in Australia. He is also the former Chairman of Sastek Pty Ltd.
